Terms & Conditions

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company. By using the Service, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
• You have the legal authority to accept these Terms
• If acting on behalf of an entity, you are authorized to bind that entity

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.

Pigmo is a family-oriented application designed to help parents assign tasks ("Missions"), track progress, approve completions, award virtual coins, and manage rewards for children.

Pigmo is:

• A productivity and habit-building tool
• An educational support application
• Not a financial institution
• Not a bank or payment provider

All coins, points, badges, balances, or rewards displayed within the Service are virtual and have no monetary value unless explicitly stated otherwise. We may modify or enhance features over time.

3.1 Parent Accounts

Parent accounts may only be created by individuals who meet the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

The Parent is solely responsible for:

• Creating and managing child profiles
• Supervising child activity
• Approving completed missions
• Managing rewards and permissions

3.2 Child Profiles

Child profiles may only be created by a Parent account.

Children may use the Service solely under the supervision and responsibility of their Parent or legal guardian. The Company does not independently verify parental authority.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts used in violation of these Terms.

Pigmo includes virtual coins, badges, streaks, and rewards.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Virtual coins have no real-world monetary value
• They cannot be redeemed for cash
• They are non-transferable
• They do not represent stored currency

Rewards displayed in the app are fulfilled by the Parent unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to modify, reset, remove, or discontinue virtual balances or reward systems at any time.

6.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, including task descriptions, reward descriptions, profile information, and photos and other media ("User Media").

By uploading content, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, process, and display such content solely for operating and improving the Service.

6.2 Media Storage (Cloudinary)

User Media is stored and processed using secure third-party infrastructure providers, including Cloudinary. Media may be processed for secure storage, optimization, performance delivery, and backup and security.

We do not sell user media.

Parents are solely responsible for ensuring they have lawful authority to upload images of children. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

Pigmo may send push notifications to Parent and Child devices. Notifications may include:

• Mission assignments
• Completion alerts
• Approval reminders
• Reward confirmations
• Streak or badge updates
• Security or system notices

Notification delivery depends on third-party services (e.g., Apple Push Notification Service, Firebase). We do not guarantee delivery timing or reliability.

Parents are responsible for managing notification permissions for child profiles. Notifications may be disabled in device settings.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Upload content without proper consent
• Interfere with system security
• Reverse engineer the application
• Use automated scraping tools
• Impersonate another person

You are responsible for how you use rewards and images within and outside the app. We reserve the right to investigate violations and terminate accounts if necessary.

Except for User Content, all rights in and to the Service, including software, design, branding, algorithms, and trademarks, are owned by Techstack sp. z o.o. or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy or redistribute the Service
• Create derivative works
• Use branding without permission

Feedback you provide may be used by the Company without compensation.

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not guarantee:

• Specific educational outcomes
• Behavioral improvement
• Financial literacy development
• Continuous availability
• Error-free operation

Use of the Service is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding twelve (12) months. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Techstack sp. z o.o. and its affiliates from claims arising out of:

• Your misuse of the Service
• Content you upload
• Violation of these Terms
• Violation of law or third-party rights

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate these Terms
• Required by law
• The Service is discontinued

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Upon termination, access to account data may be removed in accordance with our retention policies.

We may modify features, pricing, policies, and these Terms.

Updated Terms will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Governing Law

These Terms are intended to be universally applicable and shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable law, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

No Waiver

Failure to enforce any right does not constitute waiver.

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms without consent. The Company may assign its rights in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale.

Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
